NEXT STEPS FOR YOUR COFFEE FUNDRAISER: ROASTING & DELIVERY

Congratulations on completing the sales portion of your coffee fundraiser! Now it’s time to move to the next exciting phase: roasting and delivery. At Your Community Fundraiser, we are committed to supporting your fundraising campaign every step of the way.  Here’s a breakdown of the process, and how your custom digital platform ensures everything runs smoothly.

Step 1: Digital Platform Insights & Order Accuracy

Thanks to your custom digital fundraising platform, your team has had access to daily, weekly, and overall insights into your sales. This real-time tracking provides you with up-to-date order information, ensuring accuracy throughout the entire process. No need to worry about misplaced orders or mix-ups—the platform guarantees that each order is accounted for and ready to be processed correctly.


Step 2: Roasting Your Coffee to Perfection

Once the sales period is complete, it’s time for the magic to happen! Your coffee is carefully roasted to perfection by our experienced team. This process ensures that each batch meets our high standards of flavor and quality. 


Step 3: Custom Labels Applied by Hand

To add that special touch, your custom design label will be hand-applied, showcasing your school or organization’s unique branding. 


Step 4: Roasting and Labeling Timeframe

The coffee roasting and labeling process typically takes 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. This gives us the time to ensure each bag is prepared with the utmost care and precision, ready for delivery.


Step 5: Delivery & “Coffee Pickup” Event (suggested only)

Once your coffee is roasted, labeled, and packaged, it will be shipped directly to your organization’s location. We highly recommend hosting a “coffee delivery” event where volunteers can pick up their coffee orders and distribute them to your supporters.

This event not only allows you to engage with your community but also gives you the chance to celebrate the success of your fundraiser. Plus, our Digital Platform offers an exciting opportunity to involve sponsors! For example, you could partner with a local bakery or pastry shop to provide food at your event, or even make their location the destination for order pickups. It’s a great way to connect local businesses to your fundraiser while also adding a delightful touch to the event.

At your coffee delivery event, your volunteers can:

  • Organize and distribute coffee to supporters who placed orders.
  • Engage with parents, teachers, volunteers, and other community members to celebrate the fundraiser’s success.
  • Create excitement and pride around your organization’s achievement.
  • Have fun and build a sense of community—because, let’s be honest, fun is a must at any event!
